From my first phone call to Meagan and Deb, I was put at ease. Meagan helped us through the process of organising the funeral for my late father-in- law. After researching and speaking to several funeral directors both large corporations and smaller companies, we decided to go with Carlyle Family Funerals. Not only were they transparent about their costs which was laid out on their user friendly website, but it was the initial call with Meagan that helped seal the decision as she made you feel right at ease, was a great listener and took the time to fully understand our family's needs and to answer any questions we had. When our dad unexpectedly passed away, Meagan and team were immediate in their action in caring for Dad. She was able to arrange for Dad’s service within the week, she was extremely organised (with a checklist of items to be done), easily contactable and provided gentle and compassionate guidance as we made various decisions about the service. We never felt pushed or ‘sold’ to. The service itself went smoothly without any hitches on the day. Numerous attendees commented on how lovely the service was and the chapel at Springvale Botanical Cemetery was well ventilated, clean and the live stream worked well. We felt taken care of by Meagan and team during the whole process and felt that the quality of the service we received could not be any better. They even helped with getting dad's ashes safely back home to us. Thank you Meagan and team for all your efforts during our time of grief.
