A direct cremation is a dignified, affordable option where no mourners are in attendance. The family can then choose to have either a public or private memorial service separately. We can assist you with planning a memorial service as individual as you and your loved one, as well as finding the perfect place to hold it from the many quality venues scattered around the Melbourne Metro area.

Our Professional Service Fee $2,415

The support and guidance of a dedicated funeral consultant who will attend to all paperwork and make all arrangements on your behalf. Arrangement via phone, email, video chat, or in the comfort of your own home. Mortuary care and dressing. Cremation authorisation. Hearse and driver to transport your loved one to the crematorium. A copy of the medical cause of death certificate and government death certificate. A small group of family members are welcome to meet the hearse at the cemetery gates to spend a few minutes.

This fee is set by each cemetery trust and will depend on where the cremation will take place and the time of day.
